At its inception, AAA was the brainchild of Michael De Guzman Armas, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a passion for providing top-notch financial solutions. He served as the sole practitioner, steering the firm towards its objectives.
The initial scope of AAA’s services primarily encompassed audit and accounting services, catering to a modest client base of fewer than ten clients. However, it wasn’t long before the firm expanded its offerings to include tax services. This transformation was driven by the practitioner’s continuous dedication to honing his expertise in tax compliance.
AAA’s early years were marked by financial challenges and persistent shortfalls, lasting for more than a decade. Despite these hardships, AAA managed to make a positive impact on the lives of its part-time employees, supporting their college education as working students. The firm also opened its doors to aspiring CPAs, providing valuable on-the-job training opportunities.
